Terms of service

The Service lets approved users reserve dedicated inference capacity (“lanes”) on the DeepSeek V4.1 Flash model for one-hour periods, and call it through an OpenAI-compatible API. The Service is in beta: features, limits and prices may change, and we may pause access to fix problems. We will tell you about material changes in the dashboard or by email.

• You must be at least 18, or acting for a business, and provide a working email address. Keep your password and API key confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access is granted by manual approval after you submit the short beta application. We may decline or delay applications at our discretion while capacity is limited.
• One account per person or team. Do not share an API key outside your team or resell access without our written consent.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present a security or payment risk, or remain unused. Unused purchased credits on a closed account are handled under the refund section below.

• Lane hours are paid with prepaid credits denominated in US dollars. Credits are bought in packs; larger packs include bonus credits at no charge.
• Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash except as set out in the refund section, and may only be used for the Service.
• Credits granted by us for free (including bonus and service credits) have no cash value and are never refundable.
• Approved accounts may receive a one-time welcome grant (currently enough for five lane-hours) to test the Service. Welcome grants are free credits: non-refundable, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn from accounts that show abuse.
• During the beta, credits do not expire. If we introduce an expiry policy later, we will give at least 30 days' notice and it will not apply to credits already purchased.
• When the beta ends, any unused credits on your account are merged automatically into your account on the Singularity inference API (singularityapi.dev), where they can be spent on the same or other models at that platform's prices. We will email you before this happens, and you may ask for a refund of unused purchased credits instead.
• Purchase limits apply for fraud prevention, including a cap on a first purchase and a daily cap per account. You may ask us to raise them.

• A booking reserves one or more lanes for a specific one-hour slot. Credits are debited when you book. Each lane admits two simultaneous requests; further requests queue briefly and are then declined with a retry signal.
• You may cancel a booking free of charge until one hour before the slot starts, and the credits are returned. Bookings inside that hour, and bookings made after a slot has started, are final and charged at the full lane-hour price.
• Your API key is admitted during hours you hold and declined outside them. Requests must name the model your booking covers.
• Capacity is finite; a slot may be full. Waitlists are served in order when lanes free up.

The current price is shown on the website and in the dashboard and is charged per lane-hour. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; bookings already made keep the price at which they were made. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to you.

We aim to serve every booked hour at full capability, but this is a beta and no uptime guarantee is given beyond what follows. If the lane is unavailable for more than 15 minutes in total during a booked hour, we credit the affected time back to your account automatically, pro-rata to the lanes you held, without a request. These service credits are our sole remedy for unavailability and appear on your balance and billing page.

Because capacity is reserved for you and cannot be resold once the hour has passed, used lane-hours are never refunded. We do offer one guarded cash refund so that trying the Service is low-risk:

• Eligible purchase: your first credit purchase only, requested within 7 days of payment, once per account.
• Eligible amount: the part of that purchase that is still unused, up to the amount paid. Bonus credits, service credits and credits granted for free are excluded.
• How: request it from the billing page with a short reason. Requests are reviewed by a person within 48 hours, then refunded to the original payment method. The corresponding credits are removed from your balance when the refund is issued.
• Not eligible: later purchases, accounts that already received a refund, and accounts with an open or past payment dispute.
• Chargebacks: if you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of using this process, the account and its API key are suspended while the dispute is open, and any refund request is void.

Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. You may not:

• use it to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or generate content intended to harm people;
• attempt to circumvent booking, concurrency or purchase limits, probe or attack the Service, or interfere with other users' lanes;
• resell, sublicense or share access outside your team without our written consent;
• use the Service in a way that breaches the model provider's applicable licence.

Because we do not retain content, enforcement relies on account and metadata signals. We may suspend accounts that show clear signs of abuse and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

You keep all rights to what you send to the model and to the outputs you receive. We claim no rights in either, do not retain them and do not use them for training, as set out in the zero-data-retention policy. You are responsible for the content you send and for reviewing outputs before relying on them; model outputs can be wrong.

The Service is provided “as is” during the beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or if we end the beta; when the beta ends, unused credits are merged into your Singularity inference API account as described in the credits section, or refunded on request where they were purchased. Sections on your content, refunds, liability and general terms survive termination.

• These terms, the privacy policy and the zero-data-retention policy are the whole agreement between you and us for the Service.
• We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept them.
• If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
